My journey with Teddies pre school spans over two decades, beginning as a parent when my daughter attended and later transitioning into a staff role. Since 2022, I've been co-managing and co-owning Teddies pre-school alongside Sue Tanner. In my personal time, I cherish moments with my family and grandchildren, one of whom is now attending Teddies.

Hi My name is Sue and I have worked with children for over 20 years. I started my journey as a childminder then, after 5 years, I started work at Teddies pre-school. I have lived in Faversham for most of my life and have 1 son. My main hobby is Judo, where I currently run my own club. I have a level 2 sports qualification and have coached at club and national level. In my spare time I like to walk and go to the gym.

Hi, I'm Becky. I've been working with children and families for 25 years in a variety of settings. I grew up in London and have worked in Children's Centre's in a number of different boroughs as a Family Support Worker. My family and I moved to Faversham eight years ago, and I set up my own child-minding business. I have two sons and when my youngest was two years old, an opportunity came up for me to start working at Teddies Pre School, which I love. Both of my children attended Teddies and still talk about all the fun they had there.

Hi I'm Jade. I have always enjoyed working with children and have done for almost 20 years now. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family of 4 children and my husband. We enjoy days out and we especially like going swimming and bowling. I'm currently doing my level two in childcare and recently passed my first aid. Two of my children came to Teddies and they both really enjoyed their time here. I'm very excited to be part of the Teddies team and look forward to watching the children grow, learn and succeed.

Hi, I'm Nicola. I have worked at Teddies now for 3 years and I have a level two qualification in child development. I have lived in Faversham all my life and have previously worked in a school as a lunchtime assistant. I have two children, Chloe who is 22 and Cameron who is 16 (they both attended Teddies when they were young). My hobbies are going to the cinema and spending time with my family and friends.

My name is Sharon, and I'm currently taking level 2 in child development and really excited to be part of the Teddies Team. I have three children of my own, so I know how important early years' education is. I have previously worked in a school as a teaching assistant where I obtained a level 2 in teaching and supporting learning in schools. I really enjoy creating activities to support learning and development and love to see them engage in activities that we do. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and love to go on walks, baking and gardening.

Hi. I'm Paula! I have worked in childcare for many years now, working in nurseries and being a nanny before I had my own children. I had a few years' break and continued my work as lunch cover at a local nursery. I have lived in Faversham for many years now, and I have 3 children; Thomas, Holly and Liam. My favourite thing to do is to go to the theatre and spend time with my family.
